SAN RAFAEL, Calif., April 24, 2026 (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL) — Community bank Exchange Bank has announced the promotion of Nick Bongiorno to Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of its Marin Branch.
According to the company, Bongiorno will oversee daily operations, lead the branch team and support the bank’s expansion in Marin County. The Marin Branch recently expanded as a full-service location serving the county.
Bongiorno brings nearly 15 years of experience managing teams across the retail and banking industries. He previously supported systems and customer relationships in banking roles and served as a Customer Service Representative at Exchange Bank’s St. Francis and Sonoma branches.

Bongiorno is a graduate of San Jose State University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Economics. He supports community organizations including United Way, the Boys & Girls Clubs and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
