LITTLETON, Colo., May 5, 2026 (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL) — Mission technology company I2X Technologies has appointed Frank Toney as President as the company advances its growth strategy within the OSC Global family of companies.
I2X Technologies operates as part of OSC Global, a mission technology and cyber engineering enterprise and wholly owned subsidiary of Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI).
Toney will oversee I2X’s strategic direction, operational execution and customer growth efforts while supporting alignment across OSC Global’s portfolio of subsidiaries. The broader platform provides services in mission operations, cyber engineering, enterprise IT, secure infrastructure, software engineering and compliance automation.

Toney joined I2X in February 2010 and has held multiple leadership roles within the organization. Prior to joining the company, he supported Missile Defense and U.S. Army programs in systems engineering, program controls and business development. He previously served as a U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from the United States Military Academy, an MBA from Colorado State University’s Executive Program and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
