Michael Stoner has been promoted to Chief Development Officer for North America, where he will oversee Vantage Data Centers' development strategy, site selection, and energy planning to support growing AI and cloud infrastructure demand.
DENVER, June 29, 2026 (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL) — Vantage Data Centers has promoted Michael Stoner to Chief Development Officer for North America, where he will lead the company's regional development strategy as demand for artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure continues to grow.
In his new role, Stoner will report to Dana Adams, President of North America, and oversee market development, site selection, energy procurement, campus readiness, and preconstruction. The company said he will help align its North American development pipeline with long-term customer demand and business growth objectives.
Stoner has been with Vantage since joining as a consultant in 2014 and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Market Development for North America. He has more than 35 years of experience in data center development, real estate, infrastructure projects, land development, and energy partnerships. Before joining Vantage, he founded Lake Street Ventures and held leadership positions overseeing retail, office, hospitality, and multifamily development projects.
