CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio, March 18, 2026 (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL) — Polymer solutions company Americhem has announced the appointment of Kilian Lamprecht as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions.
Lamprecht will work with Americhem’s executive leadership team and its investment partner PPC to identify and execute strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and portfolio investments aimed at expanding the company’s capabilities, product portfolio, and geographic reach.
Lamprecht brings experience in corporate development and integration within global industrial and technology organizations. His international background includes living, studying, and working across North America, Europe, and Asia. He holds a Master of Science in Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and completed international studies at Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management.
