ABILENE, Texas, May 22, 2026 (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL)Clear Fork Bank has announced the appointment of James Arnold as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2026.

Tim Cooper will continue serving in a leadership role to support the transition and ongoing growth initiatives. Cooper also serves as Chairman of the Board.

Clear Fork Bank reports that under Cooper’s leadership the bank surpassed $1 billion in assets and expanded its operations across Texas.
