Smart Care Solutions has appointed Veronica Lubatkin as President and Chief Financial Officer and Jenna Susanke as Chief People Officer.
CHICAGO, July 25, 2026, (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL) -- Commercial equipment services provider Smart Care Solutions has appointed Veronica Lubatkin as President and Chief Financial Officer and Jenna Susanke as Chief People Officer.
Both executives will report to Chief Executive Officer James Mylett.
Lubatkin brings experience overseeing finance and operations for multi-location service organizations. She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of RailWorks, a North American rail transportation, construction, and maintenance services company.
At RailWorks, Lubatkin led the finance, enterprise risk management, and information technology organizations, including an enterprise resource planning implementation across a business with $1 billion in revenue.
Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Par Pharmaceuticals and held senior finance positions at Schering-Plough. She began her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen.
Susanke joins Smart Care with more than 30 years of human capital leadership experience across global organizations. She most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Veolia North America, an environmental services company.
Earlier in her career, Susanke held senior leadership and consulting roles at Philip Morris International, PepsiCo, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Aon. Her work has included organizational transformation, talent development, and workplace culture initiatives.

Smart Care Solutions provides repair, preventive maintenance, and related services for hot- and cold-side foodservice equipment, specialty coffee and beverage systems, standalone refrigeration, complex rack refrigeration, cold storage, and HVAC systems.
