SOLANA BEACH, Calif., November 3, 2025 (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL) – Defense technology company AEVEX has announced a leadership transition that will see Roger Wells appointed as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Brian Raduenz, who will assume the role of Executive Chairman. The leadership change, effective October 31, 2025, follows a planned transition process that began when Wells joined AEVEX as President in April 2025.
