Fueltrax has appointed John Donovan as Chief Operating Officer as the company continues expanding its fuel management technology and maritime operations.
HOUSTON, July 28, 2026, (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL) -- Fueltrax has appointed John Donovan as Chief Operating Officer.
Donovan joined Fueltrax in 2018 as Director of Global Operations and was later promoted to vice president roles. During his time with the company, he has led the expansion of its global infrastructure supporting Fueltrax fuel management systems and helped strengthen relationships with international energy companies.
Before joining Fueltrax, Donovan spent 16 years in maritime operations, serving both at sea and ashore. He is also a U.S. Navy veteran.
In his new role, Donovan will oversee the company's commercial, engineering, manufacturing, deployment, and customer support operations while focusing on integrating those functions into a unified operating structure.

Today, those systems support a broader operational picture that includes vessel performance, emissions reporting, fuel security, maintenance planning, and decision support.
