NEW YORK, December 12, 2025 (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL) — Marketing agency Incubeta has appointed Amy Crowther as President of the Americas. According to the compnay, he move initiates a leadership transition, positioning Crowther to become CEO of the Americas division in 2026 as part of its long-term growth strategy and focus on AI-driven marketing.
Crowther, who previously served as Incubeta’s Chief Client Officer, will assume responsibility for operational leadership across the Americas beginning in January 2026. Her remit will include strategy, execution, and client engagement across integrated media, creative services, data and measurement, marketing intelligence, and AI-enabled operations.
The leadership change is part of Incubeta’s planned succession strategy. Current Americas CEO Alex Langshur is expected to transition into the role of Executive Advisor and M&A Integration Leader effective July 1, 2026, where he will provide strategic support during the leadership handover.

Crowther brings experience from previous leadership roles at Jellyfish, IPG (Reprise), and Dentsu. Her background includes overseeing multinational strategy and planning teams, global client delivery, and advising organizations across multiple sectors on marketing operations and performance.
