NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., May 21, 2025 (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL) — Healthcare company Johnson & Johnson has announced the election of Daniel Pinto, President of JPMorganChase, to its Board of Directors.
Pinto brings over three decades of financial leadership experience, currently serving as President and a member of the Operating Committee at JPMorganChase. He will remain in this role until June 30, 2025, before transitioning to Vice Chairman through the end of 2026.

Pinto joined JPMorganChase’s predecessor company in 1983 as a financial analyst and foreign exchange trader in Buenos Aires. He later held several roles, including global head of Emerging Markets, CEO of the Corporate & Investment Bank, and Co-President and COO of JPMorganChase. He was appointed sole President and COO in 2022.
Pinto holds a bachelor's degree in Public Accounting and Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora in Buenos Aires and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute of International Finance.
