Hadlock will serve as President and Chief Client Officer, overseeing strategic operations, cross-functional alignment, and execution of the company’s automation strategy.
Hadlock has worked at Paycom for nearly 14 years, holding leadership roles that included oversight of client service initiatives and key IT functions that expanded the company’s technology capabilities. In his new role, he will focus on operational execution and continued development of Paycom’s automated software platform.
