CHICAGO, October 23, 2025 (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL) — Simplex Trading has appointed Dennis Kerlin as its new Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, Kerlin will oversee the firm’s compliance strategy and ensure that operations align with regulatory requirements.

Kerlin brings more than 25 years of experience in options trading compliance. Since 2011, he has served as Chief Compliance Officer for several financial institutions, most recently overseeing the compliance function of a U.S. broker-dealer within a multinational trading firm’s global compliance team.
