LAUREL, Md., September 26, 2025 (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL) — Technology company Tranquility AI, which develops investigative solutions for law enforcement, has appointed Andrew Rutter as Director of Investigations.

In this role, Rutter will collaborate with law enforcement agencies and prosecution offices across the United States to support the use of TimePilot, the company’s flagship platform that applies artificial intelligence to organize and analyze digital evidence.

Rutter brings nearly 15 years of civilian law enforcement experience and five years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps Military Police. He previously served as a patrol officer and detective with the Colorado Springs Police Department, where he was later promoted to sergeant in 2022. Earlier in his career, he worked at the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. During his military service, Rutter completed two deployments to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
