NASHVILLE, Tenn., December 23, 2025 (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL)Sonata Bank has announced the appointment of Dana Litman as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Litman previously served as Interim CFO and joins the executive team as the bank continues its reorganization and growth initiatives.

Litman brings more than three decades of experience in financial services across accounting, risk management, information technology and operations. His background includes leadership roles with banks, financial holding companies, fintech firms, and organizations providing software and services to the banking sector.

Prior to joining Sonata Bank, Litman served as CFO at Community Bankshares, Inc. in West Georgia, where he led liquidity management, capital planning and sponsor banking initiatives. He spent nearly 20 years at Quantum National Bank in the Atlanta area as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer, overseeing finance, information technology, risk and treasury services. His earlier roles include senior financial leadership positions at United Community Bank, Caprock Energy, Allmerica Financial and other financial institutions.

Litman earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. He has also been active within the Georgia Bankers Association, serving on the Asset Liability Committee, CFO Roundtable and Basel III Committee.
